Rauw Alejandro

Raul Alejandro Ocasio Ruiz (born on 10 January 1993), known professionally as Rauw Alejandro is a Puerto Rican singer and songwriter. He is referred to as "the King of Modern Reggaeton"[2][3and is part of "the new generation of Puerto Rican urban artists. His debut album, Afrodisiaco (studio album) was released in the month of November in 2020. Vice Versa was his follow-up studio album. The album's lead track, "Todo de Ti", was released in June 2021. He has won two Latin Grammy Awards from twelve nominations. Raul Alejandro Ruiz who is a Latin Grammy Award winner was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on the 10th of January 1993. He was also raised in Canovanas, and Carolina. [4][5] His father Raul Ocasio Ruiz was a guitarist and his mother Maria Nelly Ruiz was his backing vocalist. He was introduced to music by Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. Alejandro and his father stayed for many years in the United States. They mainly resided in New York City and Miami. Alejandro and Anuel, who is a friend of a fellow Puerto Rican rapper, were close friends from childhood. They both attended the same school and took part in classes. 9/10/10 Alejandro was a talented dancer in his youth and was an active participant in talent shows. When he graduated from high school, he began his studies in the University of Puerto Rico. From the age of 6 until the age of twenty and played soccer however, he resigned because he "could not perform as well as was expected to" and was injured at the age of 20. To be scouted for the Premier Development League (PDL) the player moved to Orlando, Florida. Rauw Alejandro is renowned for his Latin R&B, Latin Reggaeton and rhythmic pop music. Billboard said that his music "set his music apart" from the burgeoning group of Reggaetones who are influenced by pop. Presley and Jackson had a profound influence on him in the beginning before being following by Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee and Chris Brown.
