Aislinn Paul

Aislinn Paul was born on the 5th of March, 1994 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Aislinn is famous for her role as "Clare Edwards" on Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001). Aislinn's character played in every episode from season 6 through 7 before becoming a character regular in the season 8 until season 14. Most recently seen in NBC's mini series event Heroes Reborn (2015) as Phoebe an unruly girl who has extraordinary abilities and dangers. The child of two actors Brian Paul and Deborah Tennant, Aislinn has been part of the industry from at an early age. The most fond childhood memories of Aislinn have been shaped by the shows that she took part in while a kid, specifically the show on Lifetime called Wild Card. Aislinn was happy to be an actor as well as grow to be a part of Toronto. She made the choice to take a break to wait a bit before being asked to move into Los Angeles, to film the HBO series Tell Me You're Love Me. An early love of the show was transformed into a life-long passion during her time working on this difficult production. Madekwe comes from a mixed-race family from South London in England. Her mother and father are both English. She was raised on a council estate located south of London.
