Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. As a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the sole gymnast to win four gold medals at one Games during the 2016 Olympics. Biles was also the first person to win three world titles consecutively. Biles and the younger of her sisters Adria was adopted by Ronald Biles as well as Nellie Biles their grandparents in Spring Texas (in the Houston area) were raised there. Simone began to be interested in the sport of gymnastics when she was just 6. The coach Aimee Borman brought her to Bannon's Gymnastix and they took them for an excursion. Biles won a gold in floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the elite level of gymnastics in the year 2011. Within less than two years, she had become the most successful athlete in her discipline. Biles was notable for her consistency in performance, vivacious character, as well as the difficult routines she performed at each of the four events such as vault, uneven bars, and the balance beam.
